Terms and Conditions of Use of Speed Tech Services
Full compliance with these terms and conditions is mandatory for all users of Speed Tech. Some of these rules are in line with guaranteeing the rights of other speedtech users, and the rest of them are in accordance with the laws of upstream service providers. These terms are not exhaustive and SpeedTech reserves the right to change some of the clauses without prior notice. If you witness a violation of these terms and conditions, please notify SpeedTech in writing via email or ticket.
1- In addition to the rules of cooperation with Speed Tech, the user must read the laws and regulations of computer crimes and accept www.speedtech.top reserve it for himself. Any complaints and reports regarding the Users' violation of these Terms must be notified in writing to SpeedTech by email or fax.
2- In case of publishing unethical content or training such as hacking, cracking, making cold and firearms, suicide, and making poison – using the services and services of SpeedTech for phishing, fraud or harassment and sabotage by the user, SpeedTech is allowed to delete all the services of the user and block his account and not be accountable to the user in any field.
3- There is no restriction on creating and sending emails in Speed Tech services, but the user should not use the services as sending bulk emails or sending spam emails and disturbing a person or persons, in case of observing such behavior on the part of the Speed Tech user, he is allowed to block or delete the user's service in order to continue providing high-quality services to its users.
4- It is not allowed to create temporary email services in SpeedTech, if such services are viewed on SpeedTech's products, the user's service will be blocked.
5- Inserting any code, script and system that compromises or disrupts the security of Speed Tech services is not allowed, and if it is observed, the user will be notified to solve the problem.
6- SpeedTech is not responsible for issues beyond its will that cause temporary or permanent service outages, including issues beyond its control, such as natural disasters, economic and political wars, telecommunication and data center problems and disruptions, and sanctions.
7- It is forbidden to use all Speed Tech services for scanning sites, DDOS attack, etc., and in case of observing or receiving a complaint and with the confirmation that the attacks were intentional, the service will be blocked without notification and the user will be fined.
8- If an action is taken in the provided service that leads to a disruption or problem in the performance of other users' services, SpeedTech is allowed to stop and block the user's service and then communicate with the user to resolve the problem.
9- The cost of blocked or deleted services will not be refunded in any way, and if the user has caused greater damage to SpeedTech, SpeedTech is allowed to follow up and receive compensation from the user.
10- Items that are not mentioned in this section but include the laws of Iran are also included in the laws of Speed Tech and the user will be dealt with according to the laws.
11- The user is obliged to check the rules of cooperation with SpeedTech every few days and review the rules again if the date of updating the rules changes.
12- SpeedTech is allowed to amend the rules of cooperation at any time depending on the working conditions

1- The technical support of the services is provided only through tickets, and the time for reviewing and responding to tickets is at least 15 minutes and a maximum of 24 hours, sometimes it will need more time to review and fulfill the user's request or solve the support problem.
2- The online support of the site is only for advice and providing guidance to the user in relation to the products of the Speed Tech site, the user is not allowed to send technical or educational questions and topics unrelated to this section.
3- The phone number mentioned on the site is for administrative affairs only and technical issues related to the services cannot be followed up by calling.
4- When the user opens a ticket, he is obliged to wait for the response of the ticket within the said time period, during this period, if he sends a message to the online section for faster review of the ticket or sends tickets with the same theme and disrupts the support system, the support is not obliged to respond to the user and will only respond to the main ticket.
5- If the user does not observe politeness and logic while sending a message to the online support or ticketing section, the supporters are allowed not to respond to the user and block the user's service in case of excessive insult to the supporters, the user will not be able to raise any objection.

3- The user is obliged to keep the login information for his account and service in a secure place and avoid providing login information to friends, acquaintances, etc. Otherwise, the possible consequences are the responsibility of the user and SpeedTech has no responsibility in this regard.
4- The services and the SpeedTech website have high security and the percentage of penetration to SpeedTech and the services is zero, it is enough for the user to choose a suitable password for his account and services, if the user does not care about his login information and is hacked, SpeedTech will not be responsible in this regard.
5- If a user intends to transfer his service to another person, that person must be a member of SpeedTech, in order to transfer the service to another person, it is enough to open a ticket from the account where the service is located in the technical section, providing the user account to another person is illegal and that person commits any violation is the responsibility of the account owner.
6- In order to receive notifications from SpeedTech, it is better to have a separate and independent email registered in the user's account so that the user can receive SpeedTech notifications in case of disruption or suspension of the user's account.
7- Reviewing and resolving support requests is subject to maintaining the principles of support and communication services, otherwise it will not be possible to follow up on the cases.
8- The user must be careful when recharging the user account because the amount deposited to the user account is not refundable and refundable in any way.
9- SpeedTech is allowed to request the user to perform the authentication process whenever it deems it necessary, if the user does not perform the authentication process within the mentioned time, SpeedTech has the right to block and suspend all the user's services, the consequences of the lack of authentication will be borne by the user.
2- Each user is allowed to create only one account on the SpeedTech site, if a user creates multiple accounts on the site, SpeedTech is allowed to block all the user's accounts and delete the user's services.

His service will be blocked and the user will be fined.
2- The use of a virtual server for webinar service is prohibited and the user must provide a dedicated server for this type of use.
3- The use of a virtual server for attacking, scanning the site, and performing sabotage is prohibited, and if it is proven that this is intentional for SpeedTech, all the user's services will be blocked and deleted, and the user will not be able to have any objection.
4- The port of virtual servers is one gigabit that is set up in a shared manner, note that the dedicated port can only be provided on dedicated servers.
5- Due to the full provision of the server control panel, the user can manage his server 100%, the user must have sufficient knowledge in this field, no support is provided for managing the server or installing the application unless the user has prepared the server management adhan.
6- In the virtual server, the transfer of information is the responsibility of the user himself, if he wishes, he can open a ticket so that the transfer of information can be done by the supporters of Speed Tech at a cost.
7- In the virtual server, it is the responsibility of the user to back up the information.
8- Technically, it is not possible to change the location of the virtual server, if the user needs to change the location of the server, he must purchase the desired server.

3- When communicating through the ticketing section or the online support section and in order to solve the professional and specialized problems of the services, the user must maintain respect and observe the principles and etiquette of speaking while writing and communicating otherwise, SpeedTech is allowed to abandon the conversation and not be responsive.
4- The resources of the shared services are managed and provided exclusively to the user, so that the user can use all the resources allocated to his service without any disruption to the service of other users, so the RAM and CPU resources of the shared services are dedicated and priced based on the most basic cost, and this is only for the welfare of the user. Regular and excessive use of ordinary users is known as a high-consumption user and must upgrade its service or enter into negotiations with Speed Tech support to increase the price of its service according to its consumption.

3- It is not possible to register a domain with less than three letters or numbers, and if the user purchases the domain, the amount of the domain will be returned to his account.
4- In case of transferring an international domain from SpeedTech to other companies, the user must ensure the credibility of other companies, because the responsibility and consequences of this action are entirely with the user.
5- Domains that are registered in Speed Tech, 100% ownership of the domain is applied to the user, so the user is responsible for maintaining the domain.
6- The user must renew the domain before it expires, if the user does not renew the domain and the domain is registered by other users, he will not have the possibility of any objection.
7- After purchasing the domain, it is not possible to change the domain address, the user must be careful in choosing and purchasing the domain.
8- In the process of transferring the domain, the transfer fee will be charged by the registrar and the validity period of the user's domain will be increased by 1 year, the transfer of the national domain takes 1 to 24 hours and the international domain takes 1 to 10 days, during which the domain will be available and all its facilities will be usable.
9- After purchasing the domain, if the domain is rejected or the user refuses to register the domain before the final registration, the amount of the domain will only be added to the user's account and it is not possible to return the money in the form of a deposit to the bank account.

3- The user must renew his service before the expiration, in case of non-renewal of the service, the user has no possibility of any objection.
4- SpeedTech tries to keep the content of expired hosting services for up to 15 days, but it does not guarantee this.
5- The backup of the expired service will not be provided to the user in any way, the user must renew the service in order to access his content.
